As a school community, you continue to provide amazing support to our school. Much has happened in and around our building during our short history that is directly the result of your giving and caring. Last Friday another improvement at our school took place in the form of additional shelving that was installed to help organize and maintain academic resources.
We are all aware of the fact that everything seems to be very expensive. School furniture is no exception as the building materials need to meet specific requirements for safety. As an example, all shelving must be constructed of materials that will not release toxic fumes in the event of a fire.
The shelves recently installed will quickly be filled (we moved the resources that were in boxes and on the floor). School Council allocated $1,500. towards the total cost of $2,724.43 to help with this project.
Thank you for all that you continue to do!
