Kim, Marlene and I, in consultation with others, have decided that we are going to play it safe and cancel our meeting for this evening. The weather is extremely unpredictable and we would hate to have anyone hurt this evening as they make their way to the Council meeting.

Extremely important information that can’t wait for our next meeting will be shared electronically in the near future.

There is a good chance that many of us will see each other on Thursday evening. Thank you all for the work you have done to make the Birthday Bash a wonderful event.

Be safe ………. this message will also be sent out using Twitter, email and School Day. If you know of anyone not on the mailing list that was planning to attend this evening, please try to get in touch with them so that they do not make an unnecessary trip.
