Hello Everyone…

To our returning and many new SAB families, please consider this the first in a series of communications that I will be sending out as we approach the beginning of a new school year.

This first message is being sent out using a few different platforms to try and reach as many of our families as possible.  If you see this message, please let other SAB families know to check this site on a regular basis.

In the near future we will be making the switch to a new communications system, in addition to our website and an increased use of Twitter, that is supported by the School Board. Watch for information on a system called School Day coming to you soon. Families from New Dundee will be very familiar with this system, but it is new for all others.

Our school, and I do want you to think of it as our community, is undergoing many changes. Together, as is the tradition at our school, we will meet all challenges and rather than dwell on obstacles, we will explore solutions. I invite you to be part of our “TRIBES” community.

This message includes suggested school supplies for each of our various grades. Please consider this our attempt to help you manage the many “Back to School” sales that may suggest that you need to purchase many, many things.

In addition to functional school supplies, every student will be provided with a standard school planner. We thank you in advance for any donation you can make towards this large school expense. We believe in the use of a school planner and therefore I have made the decision to fund and provide this very important organizational tool.
