I have attached a PDF of the Christmas Concerts Invitation that will be coming to your home tomorrow. I would like to draw your attention to the following items:
– It will be very important to limit attendance to 4 individuals so that everyone has an opportunity to attend. Please return the bottom portion of the form as quickly as possible.
– Both concerts are identical, so please come to one concert that is being offered.
– Parking! As noted, we will be opening the back gate (on the W.O. side of the school) at 11 a.m. We ask that you carefully find a parking spot on the back tarmac and park in such a way that we can fit as many cars in as possible. We are also able to park in the W.O. bus area (our thanks for W.O. for allowing this) so that no parent parking will take place within our regular parking lot.
– Entry to the gym will be the rear doors. These doors are located close to the water fountain, beside the Kindergarten Safe Zone.
Our students and staff continue to prepare for these special events. I look forward to seeing you at one of our Christmas Concerts.
